About Us - Care Philosophy
The mission of Cedar Lane Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our residents and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well-being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.

Recovering from a pulmonary illness
or stroke often requires complex and
specialized rehabilitation, including
ventilator care. At Cedar Lane we offer

Special Outings
We believe it is important for our
residents to enjoy outings into the
community for recreation, dining and
shopping. Our schedule includes
special trips to attractions like local
parks, restaurants, museums and
shopping centers. Our fully-equipped,
wheelchair-accessible van makes
these outings possible for many
residents, including those who are
respiratory/vent dependent.
